Nana, never thought this day would come so soon when we would be doing this for you.
I think about you everyday and expect to see you when going into your house but all I get is the memory of you during your last hours with us and I will never forget it.
I know Theo misses you as he keeps asking where Nan Nan is from Grandads and I keep telling him your now up in the sky no longer suffering and sleeping tight. He does miss you he looks for you every time he goes in but I will make sure that he knows all about you when he's older.
I love and miss you everyday and I will make sure I'm there for my mum and Grandad supporting them as much as I can.
